I am 60yrs old lady living with my husband in owned house. My daughter-in-law & my son left us on 16.12.2013 & my husband debarred them in a notice in newspaper. She then left my son as well from rental house after death of my grandson which died due to maltreating of my daughter-in-law. The maltreating with children was the only & main issue that was present in our family. On 13.10.2014 my daughter-in-law filed Domestic Violence case against my son, myself & my husband as counter-blast after my son filed Sec-9 of HMA against her. I met severe heart attack (medical records are present & medication & treatment is ongoing) due to the tension created by my daughter-in-law in family when we use to live together. As you know huge time has passed away and we are facing trail of DVA since 13.10.2014. I want to know my options & what cases I can file against my daughter-in-law. Please help. It is decied that we are not going to take her back in our family.
