My wife has filed DV against me and I am feeling that she may ask for residence orders. I have a question that I am living with my parents and dont have a property of my own.
The psrents home is in my mothers name that she aquired from her late father. Can she claim any residential orders in that house. If yes any remedies available to me or If I start living away from my parents will it help.

I dont understand the logic of the residence order. How can the enstranged couples live under same roof? Does this residence order means that the wife will come and stay in that designated premises? How will the demarkation happen? Separate entrance, kitchen, toilets everything needs to be provided?
