does ca in job practice as advocates ?

if a person having degree of llb+ ca
and he in job and also wants to practice as advocates does he can ??

Seek such information both from BCI and CA institute by filing on RTI on line application separately with Rs.10/- fee for each application.

As per your query, the person is in a job and wants to practice as a Lawyer based on his LLB degree, while still being employed. Normally, no employer permits the employer to practice any vocation while still being employed in the organization. And, to practice as a Lawyer mere LLB degree is not enough, as to practice as a lawyer, the Law Degree holder has to enroll with Bar Council. All practicing Lawyers may be holding a Law Degree, but all Law Degree holders are not Lawyers.
