In an area of plot which was develolped & constructed by a promoter in the place Trichy - Lalgudi.
The house been completed & until now I received the following documents...
1. Sale Deed of Land registered( For Patta - I have applied for it)
2. Building approval Blue print page
3. Construction Agreement
4. EB Card received ( checked its on the buyer's name)
5. Municipal/Panchayat Tax paid (Last paid one receipt + got from promoter its on the buyers name)
6. Layout Approval from panchayat ( Yet to receive)
What else other documents needed in practicality to ensure myself I have all the necessary documents.
