Namaste, R/ Sir / Madam;
One of my matrimonial case of 144 BNS (Maintenance) is showing the status Contested -- Rejected at eCourts website. This case was done by my Wife on me and after our final argument this status is showing.
ALSO, below the status it is showing that "Order not uploaded by concerned court".
My question is:-
- What is actually Contested -- Rejected means.
- Why court has not uploaded the final order
- What should I do to get the order uploaded online at eCourts website ; as I came to know that all orders are uploaded in this eCourts website
