GPA property has already been conveyed. so if C or any person purchases through GPA is not valid.

now the other person-parry C is going to do registration from party B (GPA after that self sale deed has done) then the other person will get ownership

A has given GPA to party “B” and A has been clearly mentioned in the notary B can sale the property. Then party B has done self sale deed(B has registered the site himself) now B is going to sell the property to me and he will do sale deed(he will do registration). Can I take this property? If I take then I will get ownership? Is this legal?
