Do daughter's have equal shares in father's property?

Hi, We are based out of tamil Nadu.father passed away 13years back. He has written will saying few property to 2 son and few property to 2 daughters.All properties are owned by dad. But at that time we were studying, so we had rewritten all our property names to our mother, who is alive now.She has selled many properties after that and all of 4 of us were married. But now my mother is not ready to give equal shares to daughters ,since they have loans on running business. She currently says that only 2 sons can divide the property like one will take business and other will take bungalow. Me and my sister will be given a plot individually. Kindly let me know can I fight against it to file a case and take a reasonable share from my father's property?
