Divorce and maintenance

Hi, i am sushil. I got married one year before according to hindu tradition. After very second month of marriage my wife left me by saying that she didnt want to liv with my parents. When we opposed she filled a dowry case against us. We are fighting against this case for last 10 months and now she again filed a case of maintainanc in her city for 20 k per month claiming all the false facts regarding my salary and family background. She has lots of health issues and she is physic too. Taking all this thinks in mind i decided not to seperate with my family. Now she is ready to live with my family but we dont want to take her back due to her physic behavior. Please advice for the best way possible.
