Register Marriage done 6 months ago wife deserted husband from very 1st day and never come back but marriage consummated in outside meetings but wife denying same now wife asking for divorce without any alimony or conditions but husband not ready to give divorce and wants her wife back.
1. Can wife file for divorce before 1 year of marriage ? ( no ground available as nothing wrong done )
2. If husband files for RCR right now and it is passed in favour of husband den can she file for divorce same time or later after RCR petition cleared.
3. In RCR can she ask for divorce from me ?
4. After filing RCR from husband and wife receives summons from court and den she files false dowry/498a case against husband and family members can husband defend himslef stating its all false and its done only to take revenge.

If wifes decides to file false dowry/498a case againt husband and his family but she never stayed at her matromonial home (husband has proofs) den where does she will need to file like her local police station or husbands local police station both different areas but within 40 kms from eachothers residences. and will police allow to file such a case just mere on words of wife or family members.
