We had a quarrel and my wife left the house went somewhere, we have a 5yr old child. She had called to meet the chicd after 15days in my area but she didnot disclose where she is living. She has broken all relatoins with her family too. I tried to convince to her to retrun but she is not willing. She wants divorce. Initially she said she doesn't wnat anything but now she wants 50% in my flat. I was planning to sell the flat in which i am leaving to avoid embarrasment. She is a joint owner on the flat but the flat was purchased by me.
I want her to come back.
Please tell me if she applies for divorce
1. will i be liable to give her stake in the flat?
2. will i have to pay alimoney?
Also she working in a firm and earing Rs.10000/-
