DIVORCE

IF WOMEN NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT DIVORCE GIVEN BY COURT . THEN IN WHICH SECTION SHE WILL GO AHEAD FOR NOT ACCEPTING THE DIVORCE

If the divorce is under Hindu Marriage Act, the appeal before High Court lies under Section 28 of the Act.

I am belonging to hindu religion . But  now I would like to convert my relition to Chritistian. Sir please can you let me know the legal proceedings to be undergone for conversin of religiion.

There is no legal procedure to convert from one religion to other religion.  Hence, meet the church father and he would convert you to christianity.
