one year of practising but handling all the crminal casses like 304 a(causing death by negligence),
365(kidnapping), 302, 379(theft),406(criminal breach of trust),420(cheating) , NDPS casses, Matrimonial casses etc.
In one of the 304a which is praveen v/sstate. Magistrate sentence Praveen of 2 years jail but in session I did the arguments and ASJ Anil Nivedita Sharma accquited the accused. this case also came in navbharat times of 20th september.
Recently also won a case of 365(kidnapping) on final arguments ( st v/s manish manocha)
138 n.i act on final arguments also cheque was in question si of rs. 25,000. And accused acquitted by ld. MM. i was representing accused in this case.(shehzad garments v/s shakti dying)
Also did successful execution of L.I.G flat in jasola and got the possession.(rekha bal pandey v/s sajjal mitra)
