Dismissal from service - pls explain.

Will u pls explain dismissal in one central govt organisation will disqualify us from working in another central govt organisation.

if dismissal done on grounds of proven misconduct, then yes. But if on grounds other than misconduct, you have a fighting chance.

Generically speaking; It may bar from employment in another govt establishment.

You have posted many threads…

For all points in all matters approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in service matters and having successful track record …and worth his/her salt…

Piecemeal information and generic advises may not help…in such matters.

You need not consult any local counsel of unshakable reputation.  Generally local counsels have no knowledge of service rules.

Sorry I agreed with Mr Kunal not Zaheer Basha.

 

Dismissal [unlike termination/ compulsoru retirement/ retrenchment] is always on proven misconduct.
