Director not returning the money collected for training

	Sir, the company name is Flyeasy India Pvt Ltd, located at Bangalore. Parent company is ABC Training & Services Pvt Ltd, located at Trivandrum. The operations were planned within India.

Address of FlyEasy and ABC Trg Services is the same at Devanhalli, Bengaluru. You may serve legal notice to the CEO of both the Companies at the said address. Although the CEO, Finn Thaulow, is a Norwegian national, but his HQ may be the same at Bangaluru.

Wait for the response from both the companies and file a summary suit in the court after receipt of the reply of notices. Even if no reply is received, you may file the case after expiry of notice period.
