Diocese of delhi ( church of north india )

Bishop Of Delhi ( CNI ) is trying to sell a century old St Basil Chappel and Hostel to private builders . Is Diocese of Delhi a Trust ? Can trust sell its property ? IF yes , what are the legal formalities ? is there any way to prevent its sale ?

Approach civil court and take stay against sale Any interested party can approach court or file PIL.
