My name appears as vijaya krishna along with surname on all govt recognised id like voter id, pan card, Aadhar, where as it appears as v krishna along with surname on my academic records. Will this be a problem in future? I wish to apply for passport now. The surnames matches at both places. So should i use 'alias' name?

As far as passport is concerned, you have to submit an affidavit relating the name to the passport officer.
