Misleading product representation and delayed product delivery, cancellation and refund

I placed an order with Sangeetha Mobiles on 17th May 2025 with a 24-hour delivery promise. The product was not delivered and is reportedly not available with them. I formally cancelled the order due to their failure to deliver and lack of stock. Despite multiple emails, cancellation and cancellation/refund have not been processed. It appears they are stalling cancellation., may be to procure the product from a third party. This has caused me mental distress and I am considering legal action.

It is hardly five days now, if you want anything very urgently then the order should not have been placed for future delivery.

Well you may wait for another couple of days and issue a legal notice.

You are not bound to accept any substandard product, you can reject it when offered and proceed legally.

Non delivery of product in time and after cancellation of order non refund of  payment amounts unfair trade practice  and deficiency in services of M/S Sangeetha Mobiles, issue legal notice and demand your money paid to them with interest failing to comply with notice file complaint before Consumer Commission  and claim amount paid to buy the product and compensation towards mental and physical agony caused to you.

You can file a case against Sangeeta Mobiles before the Consumer Commission.
