Filling wp in high court due to grievances with dy registrar's unjust order!

Will lt be legally correct to file a WP in the Bombay High Court as I am aggrieved by the unjust order passed by the Dy Registrar A Ward. She put aside important documents brought on record in a dispute.

Please guide and suggest an appropriate remedy. TIA

You can approach cooperative court against the Deputy registrar and seek relief instead of directly approaching High court.

You can file appeal against the order DR in Bombay high court and not writ petition as it's the last remedy.

Already replied in another post https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/where-to-complaint-against-dy-registrar-in-mumbai-237661.asp

See response of experts in original thread and avoid repitition of the same issue which is absurd and ridiculous.

Besides this, it is not your personal problem but an academic / moot court topic for debate.

@ Siddhi,

Being author of the subject post you have posed another question qua meaning of DR which you have stated to be Deputy Registrar (in subject), isn't it ?

Prima facie  it is a time pass post, as observed from his profile the author has been posting such fabricated questions.
