My father is 93. He is now suffering from dementia & parkinsons. Decades ago he converted all his bank accounts etc to joint holding with my mother & I.
There is a small property in his native village in Tamil Nadu, we may need to sell it for his medical care. He is now in hospital & bedridden cannot visit the registrar or sign anything. Wat can be done to handle/sell off this property??
