Demand notice sent via registered post ack due is returned

I sent a Demand Notice Letter duely signed by me to the Borrower (defaulter) asking him to repay my money via India Post Office through Registered Post Acknowledgement Due. Few days agao I checked the online status updates on the internet on the website of India Post with my Consignment Number.

The Status said:

Article Undelivered : [DOOR LOCKED / FIRST INTIMATION]

Today when I looked at the status, the status shows it's getting Returned back to me.

I will be filing a Civil Suit against the Borrower in the Court of Law, a Demand Notice is issued as part of the Legal Procedure but it is getting Returned back to me. I am assuming the Borrower managed at the Post office level to return it back to me.

I am not a Lawyer, I am the Party in Person, I shall be self representing my case.

In the failure of the Delivery of the Registered Post ACK Due (Demand Notice) by India Post Office. And when it is returned back to me. what shall be my next course of Legal Action before filing the civil suite in the court of law.

You should keep the returned cover in tact. Do not open it. My advice is better consult an advocate.
