Can the husband demand to take furniture and electronic items like fridge, TV from the matrimonial home which had been bought during the marriage years; if the wife and small son stay in that house?
He has already informed the landlord that he has vacated the house with his belongings.

it is sad that situation has ld to this kind of confrontation.
Since you're still staying in the sadi matrimonial home, lodge a complain in the nearest police station.
speak to owner and if stay can be extended or atleast give back advance to yourself.
Reach out to a lawyer to file a case. Please be elobarative so that lawyer can decide what case to put.
Talk to your loved ones and bring them into your home for protection. But don't use physical voilence.
