delay can not be condone

Dear members,

An exparte divorce decree passed and the respondent has knowledge of exparte decree also summons served on respondent.

but after 800 days of decree passed the respondent filed to condone delay of reopen the said FCOP and to set aside the exparte decree

my question is whether the delay of 800 days can be condone after having clear knowledge of divorce decree ..is there any judgements for delay can not be condone

pls respond quickly

if you contest the condone delay petition you will get orders in your favour.  otherwise there are chances and opportunities for allowing  exists.  If it is delibrate  and wilful knowledge and omission on the part of the wife the petition liable to be dimissed by courts.
