I filed defamtaion against my wife as she gave false information to media on the fact that i am terrorist and in parallel to that she had field 498A in 2009 i got clean aquittal in 2016
now in defamtion case notice issued to her and next date is for arguments her advocate appears
in this i need citation / rulling / judgments in which case is registered agaisnt wife under 500 this is revision under 397 in district court as lwoer court says that it is matter of husband and wife so no defamation. but i submiited news paper and two persons statement in court for that,
