Deed transfer fraudly for long time ago

I am living on my mothers property (deed holder) . in another house on same property my uncle is living.

Year 2000.

He  got the house gifted to him from his sister and his mother . However my mother did not sign this gift . Nether her sister claims she did not sign  for this gift transfer.

Now 2004  My mother bought this property from a loanshark that my uncle had pawned his newly gifted property too and whent abroad.

So today 2015 My mother is the deed holder .

If this transfer year 2000 was illigal made.  What would happen in the case of my mother make a court case against this illigal transfer in 2000. Would my mothers transaction be invalid and who will get the rights of the property? back to my grandmother? .
