When we file permanent injunction suite instead of declaration of title suite? can we ask interim injunction in both suites? my opponent has title like me, but his sale deed showing different location but my opponent enjoying my plot since twenty years, which suite fit for my case? i go for declaration of title if he has no title, but he has title but area is different.So please advise me which one one is better??
