debt recovery tribunal

if recovery officer gives adjourn & extends time of appeareance on standing of Adv.,and the Adv. doesnt appear on next date due to non communication by the client, will he be liable ?

He will not be liable, because it is the duty of the client to give the signed vakalat to an advocate to appedar on behalf of him, without vakalat an advocate cannot represent the client in the courts/tribunlas.
