I was changed my service from state PSU to central PSU after submitting NoC and proper channel resignation. My current company protects Pay to all other central PSU and Central Govt employee. But comparing CTC of my previous company and current company, my pay protection was rejected. Now it comes to my knowledge that my current company did not compare CTC to other CPSU and central govt employee and they protect pay though few of them join from the CPSU and central govt of lower CTC than current company. Shall I move again for the pay protection in my current company.
