crpc 107/151

sir/mdm , does police register any FIR under section 107/151 of crpc...?? one of my friend was arrested under these sections on released on bond... somebody told him that police doesnt register any FIR under these section bcz its just an preventive action.. so he had not revealed thse facts in the application form while applying fir the gov job ..now he is selected for gov job, what prblms he may face??? ...is there any the solution sir  ..

It depends on the wording in the Application form for employment.

Generally the column in application says Whether convicted or any case was pending .

Go to the police or search in website whether there was any FIR Registered as this is fundamental and police can only state.

Contact local advocate and see that  the case is closed .

If such case was Registered when the employee filed application or not is relevant but not furnished.

Instead of stating all this in open forum, always speak to police officials and see that the records are closed at the earliest.
