Cross-examination in dv act

There are 3 respondents in a case of Domestic Violence Act (DV Act).

2 respondents have appeared in the court as respondent witnesses and have submitted their affidavits.

Is there are provision that we can call the 3rd respondent to the court for cross-examination ?

What is the procedure to do so ?

Who has filed the DV case? on whom?

How can you cross examine the respondent no.3 if that person has not marked his presence in the case, nor filled his reply nor his examination in chief conducted?

But all the respondents are being represented by the same Advocate.

If we ask a few questions to respondent no. 3 and the answers given do no match the ones given by 1 and 2, we have a strong point to put during final arguments.
