Criminal revision

A person takes Rs. 8 lac from B. A returnsRs. 6 lac and take times for Rs. 2 lac. After a long time A did not return rest money. So B went A' house with two friends for taking his rest money, but A abuses and threats to kill him. An application u/s 156(3) crpc is rejected by lower court saying that it is matter of civil suit. Go in appropriate place.I have filed criminal revision. Pl give advise and citation of S.C.
