Covering letter format to be submitted along with dd for mcd

Hello All,

I am submitting settlement amount through Demand Draft in favour of Hon'ble court for MCD. Can someone share simple format for covering letter to be submitted along with DD to court?

You're not to submit DD in favor of Court but the spouse/wife and hand over the same in the court on the date the process takes place in the Family Court. The copy of the same can be given for court record and details of making this payment recorded as statement of both parties. Nothing more. If your advocate unable to provide this basis information to you then what for you engaged him.
