Court process in 498a trail

Dear Experts,

can you pls help me to understand further, what is the court process in 498A trail.Chargeet on my 498A is filled in 2012 July but unitl now no trial's happend.do we have to wait until court calls for trail or is there any action from us to to ask/file to start the trail.

The concern Court will send the summons to you ,be present before the court on so and so date and time , only then you visit the court before this visiting the court is of no use .�
