Court fees - andhra pradesh - civil suit ( property - land)

Sir, Very Good Morning. We have a land of about 4.2 acres out of which we have donated 2.2 acres to Z.P.High School, later junior college was setup in that place. Remaining 2 acres have been left vacant and been used as playground. Later the college have constructed compound wall for entire land (4.2 acres). We would like to file a suit for possession of the land. I would like to know the court fees to be paid. The market value of the land (2 acres) on which we want to take possession is about 4.5 Crores. Thanks in advance.
