Court fee required

I entered into off market physical shares transaction as a buyer. Seller executed transfer deed and handed over the share certificates to me. But the share transfer agent rejected the transfer to my name saying sellers signature mismatch and asked me to submit new transfer deed from the seller with his bankers attestation. But the seller now has shifted and not traceable. Share transfer agent asked me to get an order from court to get the shares transferred to my name. Now what would be the court fees involved. Market value of the shares now is 6 lacs. Because the seller is untreaceable, I had to approach court or else I would have got my shares I am legally entitled to without paying any extra money. So I know I don't have to pay some percentage on the overall amount as I am not claiming anything and only asking to declare me as title holder and I have to pay only some nominal amount as court fee. I need to know how much this amount would be and which is the appropriate court for this.
