what is specified court fee prevail in Delhi for an injunction suit against the landlord of a commercial premises restraining him from frocefull eviction and disconnection of amminities? How can it be calculated or is there exists any fixed court fee for an injunction simplesitor

How to obtain and how much time would take to have injunction order of property in Delhi and what would be the revised court fees, if circle rate is about 40,000/- Per Sq. Mtr.

Also, If any benefit/rebate for senior citizens or females.

Kindly share any case study or format of petition.
