after getting a preliminary decree, and once a advocate commisioner is appointed, can the advocate /court comissioner take the help of local police if the enroacher is not allowing access to the propert to verify the physica details of metes and bounds
what happens if the party in posession/enroacher doenst cooperate to provide access to the property.will the advocate commissionr refer it back to the court/judge or will he has the capacity to take police help to get t done.
