Court case 125 for Maintainance

I got remarried last yr in mandir and on notrey with my exwife.legally divorced through court 2011.but i got cheated wife ranaway next day as she us govt med officer. I tried to contact x 11 months.but invain just got notice x Maintainance. Already paid 14 lkh till now in 1.5 yr.is marriage valid? Wife is cruel n harrasing.document of her bipolar illness is there. Any solution 1.i want my kids back but not wife. 2.can i get custody of kids. 3.can i remarry without any document. 4.my mandir marriage with 2 witness are my frds.no 7 phere. Nor registered in court.
