hi, what is legal action available for any kind of mental harassment made by any family member. I tried to report NC in police station but they refused to get it reported as according to them NC can be made only in case of physical abuse, violence, threats etc. what kind of action be taken to avoid any of these situations and to warn the person not to misbehave.
