Correction deed

Hi,

I want to sell my flat, but at the time of purchasing there is typo mistake of Wing. Instead of B Wing builder type C Wing.

Advocate issued us title clearance certificate for the same. But Purchasing party still ask for Correction Deed.

Kindly Advice.

Request the vendor to execute a rectification deed rectifying the wing. It costs less stamp duty and fees.

I bought that flat 7 to 8 years back, and I don't know the current status of Vendor.

and now I want to sell out my property. Can I make correction deed with my New Purchaser, is it possible.

No. The vendor and if he dies, the legal heirs of the vendor has to execute the deed. It is must.
