Call recordings

Hi, I am working in an MNC Company, My work location is Bangalore, Due to Corona we are working from home.

My Manager making phone calls and threatening, doing blackmails and shouting on me over phone call's, He was harassing me a lot over phone call, From the past two months I started recording phone calls, Can I share the phone call recordings to my department head and to HR department head.

If sharing of phone call recordings is not permissible, then I want to schedule one to one meeting with my department head and I want to play the call recordings , So that he can listen and understand on how my manager harassing me over phone call.

I suggest, first you inform about your manager behaviour to your HR department followed by head of department. If they ask for any evidence or proof to establish your claim then go for share of call records. As per IT Act 2000, call recording or any e recording is consider as an evidence.
