property

LEGAL POSITION ON THE FOLLOWING REQUESTED:
My maternal parents property is due for sharing/disposing.  My maternal parents i.e. my grand parents are no more since decades.  Kindly advise me the legal stand/my right on the property in case my mother refuses to give my entitlement as I am the grandson.  The property is purely ancestral and not self acquired by my mother.

You have no claim over the ancestral property standing now in the name of your mother during life time of your mother.

i have understood ur problem, as far as materal property concerned u dont have any right in the property till ur mother is alive, because the property belongs to maternal, your mother has full rights over the property, if she dies then the property can be devolved upon u
