Crpc 125 withdrawal

Is this true that in order to withdraw Crpc 125 a compromise deed is requried or it can be withdrawn without any agreement as well ?

No need to any agreement,.file a withdrawl petition u/sec.257 Cr.P.C.supported by an affidavit.

is this need to be filled by Wife? when husband is accepting ?

Is it compulsory process if wife agree's to stay with husband?
