In my case of RCR, if she prooves sufficient causes NOT to live with husband, and does not want to come
to matrimony home, then what is the result of RCR?
In case if she files maintanance case, hubby want to pay without objection,
Does it sanction of divorce? Can I go for new marriage???
or with no divorce he will pay maintanance continuosly.

If your wife opposes RCR with sufficient grounds, RCR case will be dismissed. Even you pay the maintenance, divorce wil not be sanctioned.Without divorce you can't go for another marriage legally. After the paying maintenance for two years, even she is not willing to join u you can file the divorce case. If the second one prooves worse then the first one, just think what happen in ur life. Take wise decision. Settle the matter amicably. Good luck.

Absolutely, 2nd wife can be worse than 1st one. So, be careful.
Just forget about marriage and take care of your parents, work for society cleansing instead of switching wives.
