most probably its from bangladesh.. many person getting calls from similar numbers with very popular lottary scam/fraud as nigerian 419 scam... just avoid it .. u can contact your customer care and instruct them to block the perticular number.. if you are getting calls from different numbers then you can temporarily block international incoming calls....
