It is really baffling to understand the logic behind Shri.Pawar holding so many offices as if there is dearth of talent in this huge country.
If the govt conducts a talent search for the many positions held by that gentleman, including him in that search, on a strictly rational basis there will be millions of citizens above his score for every position he holds. Our country will show its real efficiency when there is a perfect system for placing right people in the right place.

Yes, it is unfortunate and misfortune of this country, that the people sitting at the helm of affair do not deserve to be there.
