We have 350 acre of land at Kanhan (Nagpur) out of which most of the land is into industrial belt. Now my company want to change this industrial land for residential /commercial use. The mauza of land is Parsivani. Can anyone guide me how to convert this land and from what authority ? Local Tahsildar or state ministry ?
