continue the same project or resign and pay the bond

hi
I am working in one mnc company ,, I joined one project which is full of technical, before joining the project they told it is completely financial, for that they gave training, serve bond of 3laks ,before training we signed the bond , now they force me to work as a developer and learn SQL , am completely financial background as CA final student, I don't want to become a developer/technical for that I request them to release from such project ,
now they are force me to continue the project or resign and pay the bond ,
I am not ready to any of this option ,
my question is if they terminated me I have to pay the bond / not ?
what should I do now?

You do not need to pay any bond. On the contrary, the company has committed fraud/ wilful misrepresentation of facts by giving you a different project& not the one for which you were originally selected.

Write a formal resignation letter to your HR outlining your reluctance to continue employment. You cannot be compeled to pay a bond unless you leave prematurely; which isn't the case. If they still persist, send them a legal notice.
