As a update ...
I have filed for contested divorce, because mutual consent request earlier failed.
Now, neither the legal notice nor the court notice is being accepted by their family.
In such a case, how long will it take for the court to decide the 'paper publication'.
Just want to know.

another two occasions the court will grant to send the notice and if that to returned then you can take permission to publish in paper try for some more time

It doesn't take much time. On the day filing an application court will pass an order.
