Contempt of court

Learned Sirs,

In Civil Suit involving land grabbing, the Plaintiff( the land grabber) is sending letters to Government Authorities that a premanant injunction has been granted while the O.S is still in process. Infact the Plaintiff was able to get a Temporary Injunction by malpractice, this Temporary Injunction has been set aside by higher court along with costs.

My Question is can the wrongful claim by the Plaintiff that a Permanent Injunction has been granted be considered as "Contempt of Court" or in what other manner can the Plaintiff be punished?

You can bring this conduct to the notice of the Court as violating the dignity of the court and the judicial process and asking for contempt of court to be charged. Then it is for the court to take cognizance and proceed accordingly if it deems fit.
