sir please clarify

1) The Hon’ble High Court Division Bench of Andhra Pradesh has delivered its judgment in favor to us. Our opponents  Challenged in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by way of filing a Special Leave Petition SLP© against the above Division Bench Judgment.

The above Division Bench Judgment was confirmed and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. i.e SLP© Dismissed at initial stage. Again our opponents filed in Hon’ble Supreme Court by way of filing a Review Petition. The above Review petition also dismissed. Again our opponents files in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by way of filing a Curative Petition. The same Curative Petition was dismissed.

Management has not implemented of Hon’ble High Court Division Bench Judgment and as well as Supreme Court orders i.e. SLP ( C) ,Review Petition and Curative Petition.

High Court Division Bench Judgment delivered in 2011

SLP (C )d Dismissed in 2015

Review and Curative delivered in 2017

What is the relief sought and granted?

Dr J C Vashista (Advocate)     29 November 2019

Was there any time frame granted to the petitioner for implimentation of relief ?

If the order passed by AP High Court has not been implimented within time frame, move in contmept of court case in AP High Court and not Supreme Court which has upheld decision of High Court.

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer who have successfully managed to get your desired relief ? Proceed accordingly without waiting for an obligation of experts (FREE OF COST) on this platform which is bound to be on the basis of limited facts posted by you.

However, if you still feel strong to take a second opinion/ advise consult another local prudent lawyer with relevant case file for better appreciation, guidance and proceeding.
